At Smeraldi’s Restaurant inside the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, the Thanksgiving dinner is so early that you might call it Thanksgiving brunch. From 11 a.m.-3 p.m., they are serving turkey and slow-roasted rib eye, omelets, sausage and eggs Benedict. They have a seafood station with crab cakes, crab legs, jumbo shrimp and white wine-poached Scottish salmon. For dessert, try mini-desserts such as chocolate bread pudding, pumpkin shortbread cookies and gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting. The brunch/dinner is $59, or $25 for kids ages 4-11.
